  • How & where do I place an order?

    Orders are accepted only via our website at caragans.com. Orders may be placed throughout the week for delivery Monday–Friday or local pick-up on Saturday. (Unless otherwise noted.)

  • Do you offer local delivery?

    Yes, we now offer delivery Monday–Friday to select cities throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

  • For local pick-up, when & where do I pick up my order?

    If selecting local pick-up, pick-up dates are Saturdays unless otherwise noted. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the pick-up time & location (greater San Francisco Bay Area).

    Specific pick-up time & location may vary each week.

  • Do you ship orders?

    No. We are not currently shipping orders and are only serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area via local delivery and local pick-up at this time.

  • Do you take special orders for catering or events?

    Yes, we are taking request for large orders. We require at least 2 weeks advanced notice. For information on options and pricing, send your inquiry to hello@caragans.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

  • Do you have other flavor options?

    Yes. Check our shop page for currently available flavors in addition to our original flavor “The Caragan.”

  • What is the shelf life of a cookie?

    If you don’t finish them all in one sitting, our cookies are best within 2–3 days after the pick-up date.

  • Do your cookies contain any allergens?
